Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard. When upgrading, the remaining balance from your current plan is applied.
How are usage fees calculated?
Each plan includes a free quota of orders, products, storage, and more. If you exceed the included quota, you'll be charged at the per-unit overage price specified in your plan. Fees are calculated automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed the included quota?
On paid plans, overages are allowed and charged at the additional unit price. On the free plan, you cannot exceed the maximum limit and will need to upgrade.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No contract at all. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all local and international payment cards, including Mada and Saudi network cards.
Does the price include SSL and site security?
Yes, all plans include a free SSL certificate and full protection for your store at no additional cost.
